SURFACE: 12” plywood snowflake shape found at Dollar Tree. Easily adapted to other shapes and surfaces.
PAINT: DecoArt Americana Acrylic
Burnt Umber, Colonial Blue, Cranberry Wine, Fiery Red (NE0N), Graphite, Grey Sky, Hauser Light Green, Hauser Medium Green, Lamp Black, Midnight Green (or Black Green), Raw Sienna, Snow White, Tomato Red, Warm Sunset (or other orange for nose), Watermelon Slice (or Cadmium Red or Scarlet), Winter Blue, Yellow Ochre (or Moon Yellow)
BRUSHES:
1” wash
Size 20 flat or ¾” wash
½” angle
Flats, sizes 2-10
Script liners sizes 18/0, 00, 1
Old size 6 flat brush for background trees
Spatter brush
Your favorite brushes
OTHER SUPPLIES:
JoSonja’s All Purpose Sealer or DecoArt’s Multi-Purpose Sealer
220 fine sand paper if needed
Grey and white graphite
Stylus
Drill and 1/8” drill bit (optional)
600 wet/dry sand paper or piece of paper sack
Cord for hanging, your choice or you could use 18 or 20 gauge wire
Varnish of choice: I prefer JoSonja’s water based matte varnish or DuraClear matte by DecoArt
