Sales and Discounts
Sales and discounts are not applicable to any order placed before the sale/discount begins. Sales/discounts cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise noted.
When you place an order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing time and 6-10 business days shipping time. Often shipping time is less, but depending on where you live, it can vary. International orders may expect 6-20 business days shipping time, again depending on your country. Don't forget, we're shipping from Ohio, so the further you are from us, the longer it can take to get it to you. Please note: The delivery time stated on the post office method in the cart is the transit time after the package leaves our warehouse.
Fair Shipping Price Policy
Shipping rates are quoted before checkout.
Orders up to 13oz: First Class Mail is a flat rate of $5.50 per order.
Orders over 13oz: We charge you only what we are charged by UPS and the US Postal Service Priority Mail to ship your package.

Items are eligible for return within 10 days of order receipt. Returns must be pre-approved and any return freight charges are not refunded to customer. Patterns, books, magazines, and last chance items cannot be returned. Thank you for your understanding.
If your item is damaged, please contact customer service with a photo of the damage.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note: Cupboard Distributing is not responsible for any transit delays by the carrier.
Packages are shipped to the destination as directed on each customer's order. Once packages leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for any delays in transit by the carrier. If a package is marked delivered and it cannot be found, please contact the carrier. Cupboard Distributing is not responsible for lost/misdelivered or stolen packages.
If the address provided by the customer is incorrect or a non-deliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees that are incurred. For any issues involving receiving mail at your address, please contact your local post office.
We offer UPS Ground and USPS Mail for international orders. Any taxes and duties charged on incoming packages are the responsibility of the receiver.
