Returns Policy

Items are eligible for return within 10 days of order receipt.  Returns must be pre-approved and any return freight charges are not refunded to customer.  Patterns, e-pattern, books, and magazines cannot be returned.  Thank you for your understanding.

Damages 

If your item is damaged, please contact customer service with a photo of the damage.  Please report damages within 7 days of order receipt.
