www.vikingwoodcrafts.com. It is 11 ½” x 15” with the design area 8 ¾” x 12”.
This can be adapted to other surfaces. Enlarge or reduce as desired.
PAINT: DecoArt Americana Acrylic
Aloe, Antique Gold, Avocado, Cadmium Yellow, Dioxazine Purple, Graphite,
Grey Sky, Hauser Light Green, Hauser Medium Green, Light Buttermilk, Macha
or Olive Green, Plantation Pine, Raw Sienna, Red Violet or (Poetic Plum or
Mulberry), Sand Grey, Slate Grey, Snow White, Warm White, Zinc
Dazzling Metallics Elegant Finish, Venetian Gold
BRUSHES: Use good quality brushes.
1” wash
¾” Champagne Moon Filbert # 435 by Scharff or similar
Assorted flats sizes 6-12
Size 2 filbert or size 2 round
6/0, 18/0 and size 4 or 6 liner
Older size 4 or 6 filbert for washing in the lilacs
½” angle or what you use for floating
OTHER SUPPLIES:
JoSonja’s All Purpose Sealer or Multi-Purpose Sealer by DecoArt
Palette knife
Stylus
Grey Graphite (preferable old) and possibly white
C-thru ruler
11” x 14” tracing paper
Kitchen sponge with one side cut circularly and the edges torn a little or a
natural sponge
Varnish of choice. I like JoSonja’s Polyurethane Water Based Matte, or
DuraClear Matte by DecoArt
Usual acrylic supplies
