SUPPLIES:
SURFACE: The 9 ¾” x 14 ½” Laser Cut Sign is available from www.artistclub.com. It could also be painted on an 11” x 14” surface.
PAINT: DecoArt Americana Acrylic;
Light Buttermilk, Sand, Desert Sand, Raw Sienna, Burnt Umber, Graphite, Light Avocado, Avocado, Plantation Pine, Midnight Green, Celery Green, Hauser Light Green, Olive Green, Lamp Black, Burnt Sienna, Blue Harbor, Blue Violet, Deep Midnight Blue, Titanium White.
BRUSHES: 1” wash, ½’ angle, ½” or size 14 flat, size 4 and 10 flats, 10/0 script liner, size 2 and 10 filbert, spatter brush (I use Loew Cornell size 10 round fabric brush), use the brushes you are comfortable using.
I mostly use Loew Cornell Golden Taklon 7000 series, or Winsor & Newton Regency Gold 500 series.
OTHER: Grey Graphite, stylus, water based sealer (any brand), 600/wet/dry sandpaper or piece of old crumpled paper sack, varnish of choice, usual acrylic supplies.
