GENERAL SUPPLIES for all eggs:
SURFACE: 2 ½” hen sized wooden eggs with flat bottoms, available at www.hofcraft.com and www.cdwood.com. You can sometimes find these at Michaels or Hobby Lobby. You could also use paper mache eggs but they don’t ink as well as the smooth wood.
PAINT: DecoArt Americana Acrylic. The specific paints are listed with each egg.
BRUSHES:
Size 20 or ¾” wash brush for base coating, ½” angle, size 6/0 or 10/0 script liner, size 4 filbert, size 1 and 2 flat
OTHER:
Styrofoam egg carton
JoSonja’s All Purpose Sealer
JoSonja’s Polyurethane Satin Varnish or choice
.005 Black Micron Pen
Soft white eraser
Tracing paper
6B or 4B graphite pencil
220 fine sandpaper
3M 320 flexible sandpaper (found at places like Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc)
Stylus
