Media Ultra Matte Varnish

4 oz. Jar; Unique Ultra-Matte Varnish has zero sheen. It can be used as a final finish, but its great tooth means you can also use it as a clear ground. It will readily accept other media such as chalk, pastel, colored pencil, and graphite.
