Glistening Snow-Tex Glittering Snow

Glistening Snow-text is a Snow-Tex product with extra sparkle. It is used to create dimensional effects like snow and stucco on most craft surfaces. Although Glistening Snow-Tex is white, it can be tinted and antiqued by adding Americana Acrylics.
