SUPPLIES:
SURFACE: This heart and metal frame was purchased at Big Lots. The heart screwed off the frame for ease of painting. Other heart shaped surfaces of about 7” will work with this design or you can enlarge or reduce. You could easily adapt it to another shaped surface. I have included two extra line drawings.
PAINT: DecoArt Americana Acrylic:
Black Green, Blue Mist, Burgundy Wine, Cadmium Yellow, Charcoal, Desert Cactus, Graphite, Hauser Dark Green, Hauser Light Green, Lamp Black, Light Buttermilk, Moon Yellow, Raw Sienna, Slate Grey, Snow White, Zinc
BRUSHES:
1” wash
Size 5/8” or size 20 older flat to apply decou-page medium
½” angle
18/0 script liner or choice
Size 4, 8, 10 flats
OTHER SUPPLIES:
Stencil brush or dense foam make-up sponge
Decou-Page Matte Glue/sealer by DecoArt (you could use Mod-Podge)
American Matte Spray Finisher/Sealer or Krylon 1311 Matte Finisher
Multi-Purpose Sealer by DecoArt
3M-320 fine flexible sandpaper (found at home improvement stores)
Palette knife
Old grey graphite paper
Soft white eraser

Cutting mat or old magazine to protect table when cutting out scrapbook paper.
