Surface: I painted this piece on an old metal tool box that I purchased at a flea market. The sides are 4 ½ inches by 23 ½ inches long. I have included the end pattern if you would like to make it out of wood. You could just use a dowel for the handle. Feel free to enlarge or reduce the pattern to fit your project. Supplies: DecoArt Americana Acrylics: Aloe, Antique White, Burnt Umber, Driftwood, French Grey Blue, Hauser Medium Green, Lamp Black, Light Buttermilk, Light Sage, Midnite Blue, Milk Chocolate, Neon Fiery Red (Americana Neons), Primary Red, True Ochre. Mediums: Americana multi-purpose sealer, Americana matte sealer/finish spray. Miscellaneous supplies: Old rag and white vinegar for cleaning, flat black spray paint, small circle stencil(optional) I used a stencil from Creative Coach BCS-309 and taped off around the circles I wanted to use. Old tooth brush and palette knife or a spatter brush. Scrap piece of fabric for bow and wrapping handle. Brushes: Assorted flats, rounds, liner, angle shaders, dry brush.
