Autumn Leaves E-Pattern by Vicki Saum

Surface: I painted this project on an old tea kettle that I purchased at a garage sale. Please feel free to enlarge or reduce the pattern to fit your surface.
Paints: DecoArt Americana paints: Antique Gold, Bittersweet Chocolate, Burnt Orange, Camel, Georgia Clay, Lamp Black, Russet, Soft Black, Tangelo Orange, Traditional Raw Sienna, Marigold (optional, aids in coverage for base coat)
Mediums: Americana Matte Sealer/Finisher Spray, Americana Multi-Purpose Sealer.
Brushes: Assorted flats, angles and liners. I use Black Gold brushes and the Mezzaluna brushes for dry brushing.
Miscellaneous Supplies: Krylon matte black spray paint (optional, my surface was very slick so I based first with the spray paint) White vinegar and old rag for cleaning, sand paper, black ultra-fine point Sharpie. I stamped my pot (optional) with Tim Holtz’s Falling Leaves stamps from stampersanonymous.com. Archival ink pads in carnation red and leaf green that I purchased at Hobby Lobby. You may eliminate stamping if you prefer.
