Deco Foil has reformulated their transfer gel and now it's called Transfer Gel DUO! Now you can use it with or without heat. You can transfer using heat from a laminator OR pressure from a die-cutting machine. It is a permanent transfer medium that dries clear and remains tacky for easy use.
