| How do I return an item? |

We offer 100% GUARANTEE. If, however, for any reason you are not satisfied, simply report the return within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Any merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted. There are no returns on patterns or books. Merchandise returned past 10 days is subject to a 15% restocking fee. |
| What about backorders? |

No, we won’t automatically backorder it unless you ask us to. This saves you extra freight charges and helps us get your order to you faster. If you’d like some things backordered, email shipping@cdwood.com and we’ll get that ready for you when it comes in.

Shipping Prices Please note, Cupboard Distributing is in Urbana, Ohio. Shipping rates are determined by USPS and UPS by weight and distance. For questions about cost, please contact the carrier, we have no control over shipping rates.

| Orders over $100.00 (under 15 lb) | FREE in the lower 48 United States unless on oversized products (these are marked on our site).

- Orders that total over $100.00 before taxes are eligible for FREE SHIPPING in the contintental US*!
Free shipping does not apply to orders over 15 lbs., wholesale orders, SDP Discount orders, Hawaii, Alaska or any orders
shipping outside the United States, these orders' shipping price is
determined by the carrier based on the weight of the package and your
location. Does not apply to oversized products (these are marked on our site).
- Shipping is calculated based on the actual weight of the items you've ordered for orders under $99.99.
- There is a $2.00 handling fee attached to orders that total less than $25.00 before tax and shipping.
- Some over-sized or heavy items will be assessed extra freight charges if they exceed weight limits, most of these items have this notation on the product itself.
- If you have any questions on what your freight will be, please email shipping@cdwood.com and we'll be happy to let you know!
- Wholesale customers are charged actual freight charges by weight, regardless of order total, as determined by the carrier.
International ShippingFirst-class International shipping limit is 4lbs. If your package exceeds that weight, it will be shipped Priority Mail International. Please visit http://www.usps.com/ for more information.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
