How do I place an order?

Where can I find a specific item?
Locate the item you wish to purchase by using the browse
option, or enter what you need in Quick Search and press
GO. If you already have a catalog, enter the catalog page
number and press GO. This will take you directly to that
page.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
We use a secure server to insure a secure transmission all
personal and credit information is completely safe and confidential.
Check for the icon to insure protection. If you prefer, you
may print the order form, fill it out and call one of our

How do I return an item?
We offer 100% GUARANTEE. If, however, for any reason
you are not satisfied, simply report the return within 10
days of receipt of shipment. Any merchandise returned
without authorization will not be accepted. Merchandise
returned past 10 days will be subject to a 15% restocking
fee. Returns must be received in the same condition
shipped. No returns or cancellations on special items. No
returns on Pattern Packets or Books. No returns or
cancellations on special items. No returns or exchanges
allowed past 21 days.

What if an item is damaged?
We pack all orders with the utmost care. If damage should
occur during transit, please contact the carrier. If damage
is our error, please contact us within 10 days of receipt.
Many items are carefully wrapped for protection. Please check
all packing materials and boxes for shortages.

What are your shipping fees?

Please note some items are charged actual freight and do
not qualify for the FREE Freight."Actual Freight will
be charged" will be stated in the item description.Actual
shipping fees will be charged on all P.O. Box deliveries
and packages shipped outside the Continental USA.Please Note: The
web site will not calculate actual freight and actual freight
charges will be added when the order is shipped. Shipping
fees will vary depending on carrier, service selected, order
totals and your location. If you would like to be
notified of the actual charges, please specify on the order
form or note in "Special Instructions". Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Select are available upon request, actual fees will be charged.

How long before I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped the same day they are received.
If we are out of stock on an item, we may contact you before
shipping. Transit time for an order depends on your location,
carrier, and service selected

How do I find
a specific product?
If you are looking for that one specific size item, or a particular
color paint, you can either type in your request in our handy search
engine (located at the top right corner of your screen), or click
on the general category in the menu to the left. If it's a wooden
shaker peg, you've guessed it, it's under wood.
Same goes for paint, patterns, scrapbook supplies, and everything
else. If it's something like charms or any other miscellaneous
product, click on “Shop Catalog” for an alphabetical
index or click on the “Browse” button for a list of
categories.
How can I ask
someone about my order?
Sometimes you just really need to talk to a person.
We understand! If you have any questions about an order you have
placed, or an order you have received, or just about anything in

652-3898. One of our friendly sales associates will be happy to
lend a hand. Feel free to give us a call between the hours of 9:00am
and 5:00pm on weekdays and 9:00am and 3:00pm on Saturdays, Eastern
Standard Time.
How do I place
custom cutting orders?
If you have seen something in a crafting or painting magazine,
and would like to have our expert craftsmen custom cut it for you,
you've come to the right place. We can cut most wood pieces and
patterns and ship them directly to your door. You can either mail
or fax in your pattern with all dimensions (quantity, width, height,
thickness, hole placement, and hole diameters) and we will get
right back to you with a quote. Give us a call and we'll be happy
to tell you all about how easy it is to skip the saw and get right
to the brush!
Where is the
printable order form?
Our order form is available for download by simply clicking the "Order
Form" button in the menu to the left. It's a PDF document,
so you'll need Acrobat (the pdf reader software) to open and
print it. Don't have Acrobat? Not sure?

How do I sign
up for the mailing list?
Sign up for our mailing list to receive updates, discounts and
news on the latest product! Click on
"Join our Free Mailing List" button on the left. We
look forward to hearing from you!
How are Backorders
and Shortages handled?
Sorry, we do not ship backorders. Out of stock items will
need to be re-ordered. We will try to substitute the next
closest item if available unless you specify differently. Out
of stock items will be cancelled from your order and you will not
be charged. If you would like out of stock items shipped,
please call within 10 days of receipt. Actual freight will
be charged with no minimum order fees.
All shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Please
carefully check all packing materials and boxes.
