are shipped the same day they are received. If your order does

We accept Visa, Discover, or
MasterCard. No C.O.D. orders. Orders paid by physical check will be held until the check clears. To enable us to keep our prices low, we do not offer open accounts. Prices subject to change without notice.

Order Total: $0.00 - $100.00 Shipping Price: $8.50 Order Total: $100.00 (prepaid orders only) + Shipping Price: FREE Some items must be charged actual freight due to oversize or overweight. This is noted on the product listing.
Shipping Methods
All orders will be shipped via ground UPS. Please indicate clearly
on every order if you wish to use a different shipping method such
as Priority Mail, UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day. You must provide
a physical address as UPS will not deliver to a post office box.
All orders sent through the Post Office will be sent PRIORITY/AIR
mail and actual freight will be charged. Actual freight will be charged
on custom cutting, dowels & specified product. Freight differences will
not show on internet order totals and will be added when order is processed.
You will not be notified unless requested, so if you'd like to know, call us! We're working on a new website right now that will eliminate a lot of this, so please bear with us. It'll be worth it, we promise.
APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam & Canada
Orders will be shipped PRIORITY/AIR
mail via USPO. Actual freight will be charged plus $1.00
handling charge.
International Customers
Orders
will be shipped AIR MAIL unless you specify
Surface. (Orders will not be sent surface
without insurance.) Actual freight will
be charged plus $1.00 handling fee. Any
overpayment will be credited. Please allow
6-12 days for Air delivery and 4-12 weeks
for Surface delivery.
Custom Cutting & Special Orders
Please
note actual freight will be charged on all special orders and all custom cut orders since we can't always tell beforehand how heavy your piece will be once it's been cut.
Minimum Order Requirements
We do not have a minimum
order requirement, but because our shipping fees have increased, we do have to charge for freight on orders below $100.00. This does, however, let us keep our actual prices down, which you have to admit is pretty nice. So if you and some friends are looking to place an order, consider "pooling" your order to get to $100 for free freight!*
*If we have to charge actual freight, that will be noted on the pieces!
Backorders
Sorry, we do not ship backorders, so another order will be required if we're out of stock on something. If it's an item we know will be in shortly, we'll try to hang on to your order until we can get those items in, but normally we won't hold it for more than a few days.
Damaged Items or Errors
We pack all orders with the utmost care, but sometimes bad luck happens and your package gets lost or dropped off a cliff on it's way to you. We will do our best to make sure this never happens, but every now and then, you know it can. If damage should occur during transit, please contact the delivery service, which will be UPS or the USPS.
If the unthinkable should happen and it's our fault or you find you're missing some pieces, contact us right away! We need to hear from you within 10 days of the package's arrival to you. After that, we really can't help, so call us or email immediately!
Returns
We love our products so much that we're sure you will too. Because we care, we'll put our money on it. We offer 100% GUARANTEE of satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, simply report the return within
10 days of receipt of shipment. ***If you don't contact us first to let us know, we'll think it was a shipping mistake and send it right back to you! So let us know right away and no procrastinating!*** Any returns without authorization will not be accepted. Merchandise returned past 10 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and there are no returns past 21 days, even with a receipt, sorry.
Do please check everything when you get it. Merchandise must be returned complete and in the same condition as received for us to issue a refund or do an exchange. (painting it the wrong color or dropping it in the pool doesn't really count).

No returns or cancellations
on special orders, paints, brushes, books or patterns.
